Blu Phi'er Publishing, L.L.C was formed June 15, 2005 and is duly registered with the Louisiana Secretary of State.  The Phi'er Lady logo is a registered trademark of Blu Phi'er Publishing, L.L.C.  Blu Phi'er is based in Shreveport, Louisiana.  It is the brainchild of Michael L. Bernoudy, Jr., a member of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc.

Our company publishes print on demand books using Lightning Source, Inc. as our digital printer.  We prepare layouts for authors, arrange editing, secure cover design, and assist in arranging books signings with our marketing department.

Our books are sold in stores and are available through on-line outlets such as Amazon, Barnes and Noble, etc.

Our books are also readily available to be ordered through Ingram and Baker and Taylor.
